Job Summary
The Shire of Broome is seeking enthusiastic, confident, and qualified Casual Swimming Instructors to join the active aquatics team at BRAC. Key Responsibilities

Support facility hygiene by storing training equipment, kickboards, and teaching assets neatly at the end of active teaching shifts.
Skills & Requirements
Must hold an accredited, current Swim Teaching Certification from an approved domestic aquatics body (e.g., AUSTSWIM).
Must have Bronze Medallion or Pool Lifeguard qualification
Practical working knowledge of modern water rescue techniques, resuscitation protocols,
Posses senior First Aid certificate.
Possess highly refined interpersonal and verbal communication skills, tailored for managing diverse public groups and young children.
Must possess (or show immediate capacity to obtain) a valid Australian Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a National Police Clearance.
