Job Summary
AlburyCity is seeking structured, professional, and proactive individuals to join their airport operations team as Airport Cafe and Bar Assistants, with part-time roles available. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, courteous customer service while handling transactions for cafe, bar, and retail terminal products.
- Prepare and present food and beverages with high hospitality standards, operating equipment like coffee makers, grills, and fryers.
- Operate POS registers, process electronic transactions, maintain accurate change bags, and complete daily banking reconciliations.
- Maintain absolute cleanliness across food preparation zones, dining lounges, service counters, refrigerators, and bar glassware areas.
- Monitor inventory lines, restock display fridges, newspapers, and confectionery, and assist supervisors with periodic stocktaking.
- Identify and report venue maintenance defects and adhere closely to statutory workplace health and safety protocols.
Skills & Requirements
- Must possess a valid, current New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
