Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality front-line customer service, greeting gym members, processing center admissions, and handling incoming phone or email inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding center memberships, casual passes, fitness class timetables, and facility hiring agreements.
Utilize digital reservation, point-of-sale (POS), and database management software to process applications, renew memberships, and reconcile payments accurately.
