Job Summary

Operating within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered clinical care, supporting health service systems, and managing patient care plans. You will assist in coordinating care delivery challenges, contribute to process improvements, and serve as a mentor and educator to guide students and new staff.
