Sodexo is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Accommodation Administrator to support our growing operations across Far North Queensland sites. Reporting directly to the Integrated Services Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming "home away from home" for remote workers by managing high-volume accommodation logic, flight logistics, and front-desk interactions. This full-time operational support position runs on a structured 14 days on, 7 days off roster with immediate starts available. While this is primarily a local hire role for candidates residing in Weipa and its surrounding suburbs, Sodexo will actively consider Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) arrangements from Cairns for the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute high-volume accommodation check-ins, check-outs, and flight bookings for site personnel.
Perform detailed data entry, records management, and ongoing database maintenance within internal systems.
Execute standard site reception duties, greeting visitors and acting as a professional, friendly primary point of contact.
Provide critical administrative backup to a very fast-paced integrated service management team.
Listen actively to customer and resident needs, exceeding service expectations to maximize quality of life at remote sites.
Skills & Requirements
Reservation Experience: Previous accommodation booking or reservation background (such as In-flight software experience) preferred, ideally gained within a remote village, holiday resort, or high-volume hospitality sector.
System Knowledge: Prior familiarity with industry-specific Inflight Accommodation systems is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
Software Literacy: Intermediate to advanced operational proficiency across the MS Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a structured, customer-first approach to conflict and problem resolution.

Current, open Australian Class C Driver Licence (Full Drivers License)
