Key Responsibilities
Maintain property fields, walking pathways, hedges, and trees across the facility acreage.
Safely operate ride-on mowers, specialized trimming machinery, and other outdoor maintenance equipment.
Prune and shape trees, clean perimeter brush, and carry out minor exterior repairs such as fixing fences.
Clear internal site roads and paths of debris to ensure ongoing pedestrian and transport safety.
Proactively identify and report site infrastructure maintenance requirements to the facilities management team.
Execute additional facilities and grounds logistical tasks as required by site operations.
Skills & Requirements
Grounds Experience: Prior experience executing commercial grounds maintenance, landscaping, or agricultural duties is highly preferred.
Equipment Literacy: Demonstrated comfort or capability in operating ride-on lawnmowers and manual power tools safely.
Work Ethic & Safety: A collaborative, "can-do" attitude paired with a strict focus on workplace safety compliance and high service delivery standards.
