Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based, and recovery-oriented mental health nursing care.

Skills & Requirements

• Professional Registration: Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
• Mental Health Qualification: Enrolled in, or willing to undertake, postgraduate studies in Mental Health practice.
• Clinical Competence: Demonstrated competence in mental health nursing practice in accordance with Australian professional standards.
• Cultural Capability: Experience supporting Aboriginal consumers and delivering culturally responsive healthcare.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
