Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality and person-centred nursing care across a range of healthcare settings.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans and coordinate clinical care delivery.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based nursing practices and maintain professional clinical standards.
• Support patient education, health promotion and continuity of care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development activities.
• Support less experienced nurses, students and colleagues where required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with SA Health policies and procedures.

Skills & Requirements

• Professional Registration: Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Clinical Experience: Demonstrated nursing experience with the ability to provide safe and effective patient care.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
