Key Responsibilities
Support the Nurse Unit Manager in delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing services.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff within the healthcare setting.
Assist with coordination of daily clinical activities, staffing requirements and patient care delivery.
Promote evidence-based nursing practice and maintain high standards of clinical governance.
Support education, mentoring and professional development of nurses and students.
Contribute to quality improvement activities, clinical audits and service improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements
Professional Registration: Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of professional nursing standards, policies and evidence-based practice.
