Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred nursing care to patients across a diverse Emergency Department caseload.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate clinical care in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Apply professional nursing judgement and clinical decision-making skills to support positive patient outcomes.
• Contribute to patient safety initiatives, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement activities.

Skills & Requirements

• Professional Registration: Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and able to hold a current practising certificate.
