SA Pharmacy is seeking motivated and qualified Pharmacists to join its 2026 Candidate Pool across multiple locations in South Australia. As a Pharmacist, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimise medication therapy, deliver professional pharmaceutical advice, support medication safety initiatives, and contribute to high-quality patient care. You'll also participate in clinical education, patient counselling, medication reviews and continuous quality improvement activities.

Successful candidates will join a statewide talent pool for 12-month full-time contracts and may be appointed across various SA Pharmacy sites as vacancies arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with medication dispensing and distribution for hospital patients.
• Provide reception and cashier support within the pharmacy.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
• Support pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Successful completion of an approved pre-registration training program.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge of contemporary pharmacy practice.
• Ability to deliver safe, ethical and patient-centred pharmaceutical care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
