Estia Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join its residential aged-care teams across a range of locations in Queensland.

The role combines direct clinical care with team leadership, clinical documentation, resident safety and quality-focused aged-care practice. Registered Nurses will play an important role in supporting residents' medical and wellbeing needs while working collaboratively with care staff and other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to the medical and clinical needs of residents.
• Provide safe and person-centred nursing care.

Essential Requirements

• Recognised nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience or demonstrated capability in clinical care leadership.
• Solid clinical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide person-centred care in an aged-care environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice, health and safety.
• Availability to work full time, 76 hours per fortnight.
