• Salary: AUD $103,353 – $110,497 per annum (full-time equivalent) + Superannuation, Leave Loading, Zone Allowance, Professional Development Allowance and Salary Packaging Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Nurse Unit Manager in delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing services.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff within the healthcare setting.

• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and maintain high standards of clinical governance.

Skills & Requirements

• Professional Registration: Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership and support nursing teams.
• Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of professional nursing standards, policies and evidence-based practice.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
