Key Responsibilities

• Supervise employee relations and day-to-day work crew activities, ensuring team members are trained and held accountable for their tasks.
• Ensure all physical servicing and maintenance tasks strictly align with Company Management Systems, statutory obligations, Standard Work Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
• Conduct timely evaluations and thorough scoping of work requests prior to their approval in the work management planning process.
• Participate actively in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling sessions to align and commit trade resources efficiently.
• Manage the execution of unplanned reactive maintenance and oversee the scheduling/rescheduling of existing work orders.
• Review execution performance regularly with team members, identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective measures.
• Monitor team incidents or events, ensuring all emergency and operational escalation protocols are strictly complied with.
• Close completed work orders within the system to ensure end-to-end processing compliance and accurate records.

Skills & Requirements

• Facilities Maintenance Expertise: Extensive background in troubleshooting, operational maintenance requirements, and evaluating risk factors prior to task execution.
• Leadership & Communication: Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a strong drive to foster a team-oriented, highly collaborative work culture.
• Desirable Licences: Valid Builder Licences and/or Electrical Nominee Licences are highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Mandatory Requirements:
  • Trade-relevant qualification in an equivalent industry discipline
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance and crew supervision
