Offered on a full-time basis, this Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) opportunity allows you to balance work and life using an efficient 2:1 roster configuration (2 weeks on-site, 1 week off). Skills & Requirements

  • Volume Cookery Expertise: Confident capacity to manage large-scale mass catering workloads safely without losing menu quality or culinary precision.
  • Desirable Asset Indicators: Previous exposure as a Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) Chef or extensive practical history as a Line Chef in commercial settings is highly desired but not essential.
  • Mandatory Requirements:
    • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or recognized equivalent trade qualification)
    • Current, valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
    • Clear compliance with standard police background checks and Working with Children checks (where applicable)
