• Salary: AUD $68,652 – $79,210 per annum + Superannuation and applicable benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor health status changes.
• Execute and coordinate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and clinical treatments safely.
• Provide compassionate, relationship-centered nursing care to consumers
• Build positive relationships with consumers.
• Assist with assessment, implementation and evaluation of patience.
• Educate patients and families on care management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentatio
• Participate in quality improvement and risk minimisation activities.
• Contribute to safe work practices within the ward and hospital environment.
