Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction and landscape operations across multiple active restoration sites simultaneously.
• Undertake systematic field surveillance, site inspections, and structural condition assessments of regional civil infrastructure.
• Capture, upload, analyze, and report on field data regarding defects, structural risks, or maintenance needs, transferring asset data to the central Asset Management System.
• Drive on-site compliance with all statutory Council legislation, state safety standards, Build Assurance Audits, and Government regulations.
• Conduct site pre-start meetings, coordinate toolbox talks, handle site inductions, and manage foundational document control, including purchase orders and site diaries.
• Assist senior team members with the formatting of service programs, tactical scoping, financial forecasting, and the preparation of construction estimates.
• Deploy robust commercial acumen to recognize project variations under contract, form detailed extension of time (EOT) claims, and handle delay mitigation via schedule adjustments.
• Investigate, document, and resolve incoming customer service requests and site enquiries from the community with a clear customer service focus.
• Fulfill formal legislative obligations as an identified "Officer" under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and adhere to Designated Person provisions in the Code of Conduct.
