Reporting directly to the Project Lead Engineer, you will oversee project planning, contractor management, maintenance execution, and the successful delivery of minor and capital works projects. This permanent Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) role operates on an 8:6 roster with flights departing from Perth.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise work crews and contractors while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Plan, coordinate, and execute minor maintenance and capital works projects.
Review and scope work requests before approval for maintenance planning.
Participate in weekly planning, scheduling, and resource allocation meetings.
Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and according to approved schedules.
Prepare project scopes, commercial documentation, and support tendering activities.
Coordinate unplanned maintenance activities and reschedule work where required.
Monitor project performance, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Manage incidents, review events, and ensure escalation procedures are followed.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and work strategy development.
Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and project documentation.
Skills & Requirements
Trade Qualification: Relevant trade qualification with industry experience.
Mining Experience: Previous mining industry experience will be highly regarded.
Leadership: Ability to supervise employees and contractors while promoting accountability and teamwork.
Safety Focus: Strong commitment to workplace safety and hazard identification.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
