An exciting opportunity has become available within Sodexo’s high-performing Property Management team to manage a unique, remotely located residential housing portfolio. Serving a single, sophisticated client—an Australian mining giant—this role is a key position within one of the nation's largest integrated facility management and property contracts. Sodexo is offering this role on either a stable Monday-to-Friday 5:2 Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) roster or as a residentially based position in Paraburdoo, Western Australia. Supported closely by an expert Perth-based team (including a General Manager, Trust Account Manager, and Property Compliance Manager) and guided locally by your Housing Manager, you will bring your property management skills to ensure contract compliance, exceptional service delivery, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of housing applications, eligibility assessments, and placement reviews.
Coordinate comprehensive leasing workflows, including ingoing inspections, Property Condition Reports (PCRs), and vacating tenancy procedures.
Schedule and conduct routine property inspections to ensure strict compliance with lease agreements and safety standards.
Oversee end-to-end property maintenance, coordinating corrective and preventative repairs with on-site trade teams.
Manage bond administrations, tenant dispute resolutions, and tenant damage cost recovery processes.
Liaise regularly with corporate client representatives, regional leadership, and tenant stakeholders to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Skills & Requirements
Industry Experience: Ideally 3 or more years of dedicated experience working in Residential Property Management with a solid understanding of tenancy legislation.
Licensing & Compliance: Must hold a valid DEMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager (or Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration).
Organization & Drive: Exceptional ability to manage your own work schedule, prioritize competing administrative demands, and maintain high attention to detail under operational pressure.
Systems Literacy: Advanced computing skills with the capacity to learn and navigate specialized corporate property database systems quickly.
