Sodexo is seeking an experienced Village Manager to join its Mining West Portfolio and oversee residential village operations across remote mining sites in the Goldfields Region, Western Australia. This Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) role operates on an 8:6 roster from Perth and offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, safety, and community wellbeing.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the residential village.
• Lead and supervise housekeeping, catering, maintenance and administration teams.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve village operations and resident experience.
• Coordinate village services including catering, housekeeping and recreational activities.
• Promote a positive village culture while resolving resident concerns and supporting community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and relevant legislation.
• Manage village budgets, financial performance, cost control and operational reporting.
• Liaise with residents, employees and external service providers.

Skills & Requirements

• Leadership: Strong people management, team leadership and organisational skills.
• Operations Management: Experience managing multiple operational departments within hospitality or remote accommodation environments.
• Financial Management: Budgeting, cost control, reporting and continuous improvement experience.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of HACCP principles and remote site health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Licence: Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence is mandatory.
