Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors professionally while providing outstanding customer service.
Register patients accurately using hospital information systems.
Schedule, confirm and coordinate medical imaging appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
Answer telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
Provide administrative support to radiographers, nurses, doctors and medical imaging staff.
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals and external service providers.
Operate multiple computer systems and patient management software accurately.
Assist with daily office administration and workflow coordination.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with SA Health privacy requirements.
Support efficient delivery of diagnostic imaging services.

Essential Requirements
Medical terminology certificate or equivalent administration experience. or related discipline is desirable.
Minimum 2 years experience in complaint handling within health or community services or using the Radiology Information System, ESMI and the Hospitals Patient Management System, Sunrise EMR.customer service environment preferred and other related hospital administrative tasks.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience managing medical records or patient administration systems is highly desirable.
High level computer literacy with the ability to use multiple software applications.
