Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join the Repeat Neuro-Behavioural Unit (RNBU) at the Repat Health Precinct in Daw Park. Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, relationship-centred nursing care to consumers.
Support consumers living with severe dementia and complex behavioural symptoms.
Build positive therapeutic relationships with consumers and their carers.
Contribute to individualised care and support programs.
Assist with assessment, implementation and evaluation of therapeutic interventions.

Essential Requirements
Registered or eligible for registration as an enrolled nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
Demonstrated nursing capability appropriate to an Enrolled Nurse role.
Experience or demonstrated capability in caring for people living with dementia is desirable.
Knowledge or experience in mental health nursing practice is desirable.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to reflect on practice and respond positively to constructive feedback.
