Job Summary

Bathurst Regional Council is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and passionate individual to join their children's services team as a Full-Time Early Childhood Educator for a maximum term of 12 months (parental leave cover). Key Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience operating within an early childhood education setting or a similar regulated care environment.
  • Sound working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Care Regulations.
  • Refined verbal and written communication style, with a verified capability to connect seamlessly with young children, peers, and parents.
  • Must hold and maintain a current paid New South Wales Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
  • Possess (or retain immediate capacity to obtain) approved First Aid, Emergency Asthma Management, Anaphylaxis Management training, and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025).
